We are a small team who got fed up of seeing garage conversion prices with little explanation behind them.
Garage Conversion Costs started after one of us spent a couple weeks trying to figure out what a garage conversion should cost. Each website seemed to have a different figure. Some provided broad ranges of prices with little detail. Others wanted to see your contact details before you saw anything useful.
We thought, there’s definitely got to be a better way.
What We’re Trying to Do
We want to develop the site we wish we could have found.
You should understand what you’re paying for before talking to a builder. You should now have an idea of the kind of thing your own garage conversion might cost. You should also be able to see a quote and have a better understanding of whether the price is reasonable.
We’re not builders and we don’t claim to be. Our job is to find out the relevant information about a garage conversion including costs, planning rules etc. Then we compile it in a way that makes it easy to understand and useful when you are planning your project.

If you use our quote service, we’ll be transparent when you’re connected with a contractor. Getting a quote doesn’t mean you are under any compulsion to use them.
